Just curious if anyone has experienced this. I have a 2024 3500 chassis cab limited crew cab, absolutely love the truck has 3500KM on it. However ( i believe ) its my passenger side rear door, any sort of small bump i hit the door sounds like theres squirrels in there fighting, almost sounds worse than the old grain truck door. Ive lubed up all the hinges and checked all the fasteners on the hinges/latch and it still seems to be happening. Quite annoying as its right in my ear! I am going to try a different lubricant today on the hinges to see if that works but i am at a loss of what could be creeking like that.

Try putting rubber preservative like armorall on all the door seals. Might help

Wrap some electrical tape on the front of the door catch on the body and see if it goes away.

IMHO, Armorall is probably the absolute worst garbage product you could put on anything.

303 Protectant, or wipe a little silcone spray or PTFE dry lube on the seals. Check everything for tightness. Is it possible it's a trim piece near the door, handle, doorcard?

If you can't pin it down, try stuffing a pad/pillow in different places until you can isolate. Run the window up and down a few times, etc.

Stay away from AA. Another vote for silicone spray. A lil in the channels is great for slow windows too. Used on many a customer car. I use a white lithium on the latch and hinges. My JK gets squeaky, usually the white lube on catch and latch eliminates. From there the pillow or popping off the panel would be next. Loose wire loom, dirt, window motor linkage etc. An old coworker told me this story about his dad's '69 Pontiac Firechicken. Always had a funky smell from day he got it new. 20 something years later he pulls the rear interior panel and finds a sack lunch from '69 in there...
Maybe there's a brick of cartel Coca in yours!

lol, Just to be clear I use Meguires low shine rubber preservative! I just mentioned AA because that’s one of the original ones!
No I don’t use AA but I do have AAA
