Sorry, my reply wen to the wrong spot, was wondering if those were the stock length ones or if you ordered the extra 2” length ones. I have them ready to install, DR 12 16 for the rear and DR 12 13/4 for the front. Thanks for any additional info... v/r Charlie

Standard length offered

Just to give you some spatial context the truck is a 3500 as well so she might sit a little touch higher But the truck is stock. Not sure I posted that before but I hope it helps.

That is good info, I have the off road pkg, but not sure that really adds any height to the std 4x4 2500 height. I hope to get them on in a day or two to see...

I actually am trying to install them, but the D bracket they provided is no where near the fender well, makes the “c” bolt pointless. It will not reach the fender well liner above...see pic...thoughts?

Actually, figured it out...didn’t realize the flap would bend far enough back to actually latch on to the fender above what I was originally thinking...they look go so far.

Glad you got it. The key is not to tighten the top side down until you connect the bottom.

All done, look good, fronts may be a little short, but I think they will work nicely.

Got it figured out...they actually bend back enough for the clamp to hit the top of the original fender well not the flare. All installed, the fronts hang about 10” below the fender well (not the little flap from the factory) and are about 10“ from the ground, the rears are about 12 and 11. One the driver side rear, the “A” bolt only gets tight, not snug, like the others, so we will see if it wiggles loose and I have to see about replacing the u clip in the fender well. But, they were easy to put on...once I figured out the clamps.

that's very strange. I bought the husky part # you specify, but back in july or august. either way, glad you're getting a set. they are nice.

well seems your flaps and Husky are two different things/stories. I don't know, but I do know that their website was updated today.

Update...on my truck, the standard duraflaps for it are a bit short to my liking, after the first snow/mud. So, getting the extra long ones sent to see if it will help keep the snow/mud off the running boards at least past the driver/passenger door. The rears seem to be fine keeping it off of the bumper and tail pipe...only the spray is getting on the back. So, no need to get the long ones back there so far...

I just installed a set of the Mopar HD rubber flaps. They were cheap and look good, so I’m happy.

I thought it was a little annoying that you have to drill some additional holes to install them, but they’re all in places that won’t be visible if I ever decide to remove them, and it would be simple to pop some Christmas tree plugs in the holes if they bother me.

Pretty fast install. The longest part was getting the stock jack up to height and back down again! That thing must take 1000 rotations to get up to the axle tube. I’ll definitely be carrying a hydraulic bottle jack in the back.

FYI guys
My local accessory dealer ( H&H ) ordered the Husky Flaps today. Here in four days. The FYI is he's getting about $40 more than you can buy them off of Husky's site. He's installing. I owe these guys the business for all they have done for me in the past. Good luck and post here how you like your Husky's if you get a set. I'll do the same with pics. after I get them.
