Yes, this is the cable you would need to communicate with different modules and change settings.
We have a rule not to crap on for sale posts, but one point of clarification:
The KAOdTECH bypass cable allows you, with suitable software like AlfaOBD or JScan, and an OBDII reader, to WRITE changes to the BCM (and perhaps other modules).
IOW, you still need an app and a reader. We recommend the vGate vLinker MC+.
