Sloppy gear selector

My gear selector is loose-ish. I can move the handle in about a 1" diameter (At the extreme end) circle.

It works fine.

Please tell me they are all like this and I can worry about something else.

It can be tightened

Pop the boot off of the base of the shifter and then under the boot there is a 8mm (don’t hold me to the size I can’t remember lol) set screw that can be tightened to fix this issue. I had the issue on my 2019 and 2022.

Be sure to add some blue lock tight. I removed the entire bolt, cleaned the threads with brake cleaner and applied blue lock tight to the entire threads. Mine came loose twice. I found if you tilt the wheel up or down it makes the process easier
