what I read is 5 years on the HD's, but question is weather it is a full on hot spot for phone and computer usage.

It would be a great feature if the cellular carrier was not hard wired. Many hate At&T and would rather go with their current cellular provider. It would not be difficult to have a slot that accepts various cell cards that are provided by the carriers. FCA, why not be the first?
