I have a 2016 Ram 2500 6.4 Hemi. I am getting the Service Air Suspension message beeping at me sometimes 30 or 40 times a day. The suspension system is working fine. I have been to two different dealerships and nothing is stored in the computer memory and there is nothing they can do. It comes off and on very quickly and of course will not come on when at the dealership. Doesn't matter anyway cause there is nothing in the computer,,,,,,so they don't know what to fix. This is driving me crazy. I can go a few days and it will not beep, then it beeps constantly for days on end. If anyone has found a way to fix this I would greatly appreciate some insight on this.

A very wise man told me once that if you deprive a computer of its life source it will get the message. It wouldnot hurt to disconnect the battery cables overnight. See if that may reset the dam computer. And before you reattach the battery cables to the battery, touch the negative and positive cable and touch them together for 10 seconds BEFORE putting them back on the battery. Then reassemble and see if that helps. If that does not do the trick I would trace the wiring harness to the censors, check every connection and disassemble each one clean with electrical cleaner and reassemble with a small amount of dielectric grease. Good luck these kind of problems can make you crazy.

Thanks for the reply. Will touching the cables together cause a problem? Like shorting something out? Just not familiar with these things. I will try this. Thanks

Not if you don’t have them hooked to a battery. Not sure why this is done but was told to do that by a diesel mechanic.
