I have a 2021 RAM 2500 Power Wagon 6.4L Hemi. I bought it new with 40 miles on it and it now has 1100. The day after I picked it up my low windshield washer fluid warning came on. The reservoir IS FULL. The warning is intermittent and comes and goes. I've had it back to the dealer 3 times now. 1st time to troubleshoot and order new level sensor. 2nd time to install new sensor....NO HELP, warning still comes on. 3rd time more trouble shooting with no fix. Has anyone else experienced these same issues with nuisance dash warnings? I'm seeking info before I go back and start to get shall we say " more firm" with them. Thanks!

James

Just a shot in the dark, but make sure your fuses are fully inserted. Many have had unusual issues due to them being only partially inserted,

Like brewbud said.

Fuses, grounds.

I don't know if the washer fluid tank is like the DEF tank in our diesel trucks, but the DEF tank needs air space in them to properly register levels for the UF sensor.

Anyone know how the level is measured? Is it just a simple float? Maybe it’s stuck.

There was a thread on the 5th gen forum that some have had trouble using Rain-X and others with a high silica (?) content.

Might try to drain it and refill with blue stuff if you're using something else.

I would take it back and get someone from corporate involved. Wiper fluid sensor has to be one of the most idiotic things ever put into any vehicle.
