Security of truck caps

I realize that if someone wants something bad enough, they will break into anything and it probably wouldn't be that hard to break into a cap. I am just curious though if some things are more secure than others such as sliders vs. pop out windows, or two latches vs the center latch on the door. Also, since some of these have the power door locks, does that in anyway tie into the trucks security system? Is there a way that opening the cap door would trigger the alarm just like opening a cab door?

Windows are easy to break

Leaving a Pop out open vs a slider open, the pop out is theoretically more secure from “thiefs of opportunity” because the thief could more-easily push thru the bug screen on the slider and then reach in…pop out wouldn’t leave enough room to reach in and grab stuff. However…as noted, if someone really wants in, they are just going to break the glass.
