Same Width/offset needed for spare?

I have 18x9 -12 on all four. Is it okay to use an 18x8 oem steelie as a spare ?

it’ll make the handling very weird in turns if you put it on the front, but it should technically be safe to drive. I wouldn’t do it very fast or very far though.

-12 has got to stick waaaaay out there.

Thanks. Maybe best to just get a matching spare. And the -12 offset doesn’t actually stick out much at all.
