Luverne wheel to wheel I like em a lot

N-Fab predator pro. Aluminum is the way to go up here in the north as steel ones won’t last long.

Dominator D6 by GoRhino

They are very stout and no brackets that hang below the rails so ground clearance is good.

$400 shipped if you chat with AutoAnything.com

If you have a 2500 Crew Cab, use this PN: D64205T

Amp, I love them. They are not for crawling, but I really love the clean look vs steps.

Is there a way to wire led light strips to my factory powered steps?

That's always possible. I would suggest not messing with the electronics on such an expensive mechanism.
My suggestion, instead, would be to tap into the courtesy (dome light) system. There are many kits out there that provide the necessary accessories and instructions. They offer settings such as:
Fade in/Fade out on lock/unlock/door open
Turn signals
Running lights
Auxiliary on/off

I haven't tried any specific kit because my dealer supplied AMP kit was sufficient.

OEM Power Boards

I have the part numbers supplied by Zrojas

Right: 68361654AA
Left: 68361655AA

This gets me just the running boards. I know I will have to get the electrical pinned correctly and the bcm flashed by the dealer. I need the hardware kit part number.

Does anybody know if there is anything else required?
Thanks in advance!

Trent

Which model number is this? I just got a megacab dually, and can't seem to find wheel-to-wheel's that fit.

Be warned. The rear bracket isn’t great for these. There is some flex in the step at the very rear.

Thanks! Looks like there are two mounting types. Rocker and body. You have the rocker install. Could that be causing the flex?

So I have zero flex on my main area of my boards. It’s the overhang you’ll notice (towards the rear wheel) that I do because there isn’t a support bar there.
Rocker mounted is clean and looks good. Solid.

I’ve used several types over the years. I don’t need them for getting in and out (long legs), but have found that they are extremely handy when it comes to cleaning the roof of the truck. The trendy style with loops or cut-outs for your feet (like these Westin HDX ones) don’t offer as much versatility. Just something to think about..

Anyone have issues with corrosion on these rocker mounted steps? Live in the salt belt would rather have frame mounted steps? Only ones I have seen are sliders from Maple or White Knuckle.
