Rumble/grinding from front axle

I have a rumble coming from the front of the truck after I come to a stop and make a turn. Right is worse than left. This is my 1st solid axle truck so I passed it off as normal at 1st. It has been getting worse but tonight I had a couple sharp pops. The rumble is very similar to driving on a rumble strip. No vibrations up to 75mph.
2020 PW with 22k miles. Stock suspension and tires. I rotate the tires every oil change. I cycle the diff locks about once a month.
Getting to the dealer is a pain so I would like to have a better understanding of all the possibilities before I call them.
Can it be the front LSD locked up? Brake dragging? U-Joint?

Front is open diff w/ e-locker, no lsd.
Just the rear is lsd + e-locker.

I have a 20’ also, mines done that since I bought it new last November and I have just shy of 30k miles on it now. I’ve never had it into the dealer due to my work and hard scheduling a time. It will do it sometimes and then other times it won’t.
There was a thread on this in a different forum a year or so ago and there really was no conclusion on what the noise/feeling was. It seems to be common on the 19-20’s though.

Could be, it makes a very very slight hum turning right, nothing to the left. Is that something easily checked on a solid front axle?

Front is open diff w/ e-locker, no lsd.
Just the rear is lsd + e-locker.

That makes it more of a mystery I think. I was going to service the diff ahead of schedule but may hold off for now.

Off to do some more digging. Wife is a Toyota fan girl so anytime my truck need work she let's me know. Add in the fact I most likely won't get a loaner with the supply of new and used cars. It makes me want to not deal with the dealership even more. Luckily mine is everytime I turn a 90 degrees. 90 to 45 and it's 80% of the time. If it wasn't for the popping I would ride it out longer.

I wonder if it’s the CV AXLE, can go out if your riding the truck really rough I would suggest try having someone replicate that noise while being outside the truck and pinpointing where that pop is coming from, also check for leaking grease around the boot it and abnormality in the boot itself.

Diagnosing a "noise" is extremely difficult across the internet, could be a lot of things. Just get it to a dealer and take advantage of that warranty.

I agree, just want make sure all the bases are covered and that they don't come back and say it's normal if it is a known issue.

Check and see if you have hill start assist turned off. That can make for some strange noises. I turned it off and left it off because of that.

Other than that, axle joint or unit bearing. Shouldn't be either at that mileage, but sometimes stuff happens.

The front tires can scrub pretty hard also on these trucks in a full lock turn.
