Rough idle / low rpm with A/C engaged?

A few times now I have started the truck cold, with the AC on. The engine sounds noticeably different, and feels rougher. This is at idle and low rpm. After some time it seems to go away.

I cant be sure if its ever happened w/o the AC on, but definitely with.

Could it be a bad AC compressor? Any other ideas?

You're noticing slight surging in fuel pressure. And yes, it is caused by the load change of the A/C compressor.

Nothing to really do for it on a '22 and no it won't damage anything.
