Got the nice air bags and lots of auto mumbo jumbo. Understand the "Alternate Ride Height" hard button, and then in the big scrutinizer (Interface) there's a suspension page and it lists:

*Tire Jack Mode
*Transport Mode
*Wheel Alignment mode

Now, in the book it lists one more:

*Bed Lowering Mode.......

I don't have that......Should I? Would be awfully handy.

I see, thank you. So I guess to avoid complaints about the feature not working as advertised they removed it. Except from the manual.

Oh well.......

Oscar, the bed lowering is not in the same place. The suspension modes are under settings. Look under controls. Hit the vehicle icon & you have settings on the far right. Controls is next to that. Bed lowering should be there.

nice to see they brought it back for 2022 but if he is running the 2020 in his signature he wont have the feature anymore

I have a 2020 with the air suspension. In the apps there is an icon for bed lowering. Basically I have 3 ride heights. Normal which means the bed is slightly higher than the front of the truck. Alternate trailer height which make the truck completely level and its what I use to tow with. And the low mode which makes it easier to get under the coupler when hitching up, you don't actually drive in this mode.

I believe they removed it when the computer gets updated, has the dealer flashed your computer at all?

Not that I am aware of. Its not needed to be done. Also, the three positions were sold as a feature on the 2500 (3500 air suspension works differently). I would not want that eliminated.

Not true. It exists in my 2020.

Agree. Bed Lowering cancels at 8MPH. As I'm sure you're already aware, Alt Trailer height can only be set when stopped and with a load.

LOL. No. Yes.

Well, I found it. While removed from the suspension menu the bed lowering "app" was still there hiding in the pages of apps. As for what it does, not much. About an inch.....

Yep, known to be about the best you're going to get on a 3500.
