Replace Booster Hydro Brake?

Just came back from an oil change/fuel filter replacement and the RAM Dealer mentioned the Booster Hydro Brake is leaking, which uses fluid from the power steering reservoir. It is only down a tiny bit and they quoted $2,200 CDN = taxes. Found the part (68433353AA) on the Mopar site for $978. Has anyone else had a small power steering leak causing such a big bill? And to create urgency they mentioned I could lose all my braking power. Picture attached - I don't even see a leak?

Well they are wrong even if you blew a line they have an accumulator which allows you to still have power brakes for a few brake applications. I would monitor the unit but to me that does not look like a leaking hydro boost unit it looks more like someone spilt fluid on it.

I swapped out one on my 97 GMC K3500 and IIRC you have to bleed the power steering system after the swap and adjust the rod that connects to the brake pedal.

That said it was pretty easy and I don’t think I hard change the length of the rod , but flat rate labor is likely at least three or more hours.
