Removing B Pillar Vinyl - Any Regrets?

there's not a car enthudiast alive that hasn't done something at one time or other, that wasn't appreciated across the board. lawd knows I've done it! that's the awesome thing, I can still appreciate the enthusiasm!

I told my Son about the vinyl on the B pillar. He has a 1500 Big Horn. He told me his are plastic inserts, not vinyl. I wonder why they would do the 1500's differently?

I wonder why they would do them at all when they painted prior? Maybe to prevent scratches or something? I do find myself grabbing the front seat doors on that pillar sometimes.

I do too. It's kind of color specific for me, but I like how it ties the tinted windows together like the old "hard top" look of muscle cars

Only thing I can think of it fingerprints. Now that I have the chrome, that is the first thing I see. I'm actually trying to teach myself to close the door differently to reduce the fingerprints on the chrome.

Which is why I had mine swapped to gloss black at the tint and ppf shop....

I only like chrome on Harley's everyone has their views but i find these trucks come with way to much chrome lol
