I got 2 of these. Im at the dealer now and they said after trying for 2 hours they cant get them to program. Said they get to 90% completed then stop.

I had the same issue. It's been mentioned before these are not reliable.

Fortunately, I was able to talk my dealer into not charging me for the failed programming.

I added a micro switch onto my Laramie stock remote and it works great on the remote tailgate release. Just be careful not to open it thinking it's your remote start button.
