I like to have 2 different tire pressures depending on if I am DD'ing my 2022 ram 3500 or towing heavy.

One of the most annoying things about my dually is changing the tire pressure with the backwards facing valve on one and flimsy piece on the inside tire.

I know a long time ago I've heard of kits that can relocate (extend?) the valves to convenient spots. But I also remember they may be unreliable.

Is there reliable relocating kits?

You can get different tire inflation setups for duallys . Just google dual tire inflation systems

Wow, ok.

Something like this looks great:

I've been thinking about the Crossfires...Here are some links for more info on them.

I have the crossfire set up on my 2001 and love it. Only thing is, you’ll have to do without the beauty cap.

Cats eye is another brand . They also have onboard compressors that can be set up you can set the pressure on and it will keep pushing air if you have a flat . Many semi trailers have them .
