2022 2500 w/37k miles

I live full time in a travel trailer and use my 2500 to move the trailer and get around. 16.5k of the 37k is towing a 9k trailer. When I’m not towing I minimize short trips, stop/go driving, and idling (only 200 hours of idle time on the clock).

The truck is in regen and out of regen every 40 miles no matter how/where I’m driving when I’m not towing.

At 34k First dealer did the air filter, software update, DPF recall, and changed the oil as it was 2 quarts over “safe”. Didn’t fix the problem and they charged me for the oil change.

At 35k the second dealer changed the fuel filters, and changed the oil as it was 2 quarts over “safe” again. They charged me for both items.

Now I’m at 37k and it’s going back in on Friday. The oil is 2 quarts over again because it’s done a dozen dang regens.

I’m having no luck with RAM Care getting reimbursement for the troubleshooting that they’ve done. I think it’s nonsense that I have to pay to R/R perfectly good fuel filters, air filters, and oil that the truck has ruined because of this problem.

I call RAM care everyday and can’t get a hold of my case manager or a supervisor. I’m really fed up with this brand at the moment.

Any advice, or contacts at RAM I could use would be fantastic.

I don’t know about emissions but at 37K you’re slightly over the 3/36 but well within the 5/100 drivetrain warranty. Personally, I’d grab all my receipts and go see one of those fancy lemon law lawyers for a free consult. Granted, some states are better than others where lemons are concerned but a call from an attorney would get Stellantis attention a lot faster than you at this point. Good luck.
