Would you mind providing your dealer's name? I'd like to contact them. I've talked to multiple dealers, and multiple after-market off-road shops, and no one is aware of 4.88 or 5.16 gears for late-model Power Wagons. I found a set of 4.44 gears, and a set of 4.56 gears. The two largest-volume 4x4 shops in Colorado were both unaware of those options.

5.13 is pretty deep. What size tire do you plan to run? I'm currently running 35-inch tires, on factory gears (4.10). If I stick with 35s, I'm going to re-gear to 4.56. I would want 4.88 gears if I go to 37s.

I have a 2024 Power Wagon, and I have used the ProCal made by AEV to adjust my truck's ECU for tire size. You can also use the ProCal to adjust for gears. However, this seems to be good only through year 2024, and I think you have a newer model.

It is now possible to do some coding on 25+ with AlfOBD, but it's complex and requires additional hardware ($200 xTool scan tool with AutoAuth subscription, OBD reader and splitter cable, AlfaOBD etc.). It will then require a dealer visit to do the prox-alignment on all the modules unless you have a $2K mopar dongle and a WiTech sub.

They're still kicking the tires on options for performing the proxi alignment last I read, but I believe they've currently exhausted several tests with non OE j2534 diagnostic devices (micropod). If you want to follow, there's a thread on the 5thgenrams.com forums.

I'll quote @Jimmy07, "I don’t think it’s anything to do with stellantis or witech. I believe it’s the aftermarket j2534 pass thru devices just aren’t fast enough for flashes and proxi alignments. I can use the official blue Mopar Diagnostic Pod with witech, and do everything quickly and with ease on my truck, with zero hiccups."
