I read some of the posts In what did you do to your ram today and saw a few posts of members that had installed them.

Having been the owner of a 2016 Ram 1500 and current owner of a 2024 Ram 2500, I’d recommend the OEM liners, both for appearance sake and protection sake. I now see that the 2500 liners are an “abbreviated” version of what are offered for the 1500, shorter in height, providing less visual “screening” of the chassis, etc.

I’d also recommend Husky mud flaps due to their looks, function and rigidity. I Owen a Big Horn w/o fender flairs.

Stuff is still going to get behind them, the liners make it tough to flush out. Also I’m not sure if they cover the holes up inside the wheel well for capturing/flushing out the cancer causing agents as well.

Not to derail this thread as there's a whole other big mudflap thread here, but I'd recommend OEM rubber mudflaps for precisely the opposite reason: they're stiff enough, but flexible when needed.

Thanks for the post's , I did go with the heavy duty oem mudflaps for the front and when I figure out the rear wheel liner or No will decide then on which mudflaps for the rear.
I did find my question posted on the ram 1500 site from a few years back. There was some good opinions about the beating the inner well gets from road debris without liners.
My hesitation is exactly what flan said. If I could figure out an easy moderately messy way to flush out the top of them, but how much crud actually gets up there?
