Re-Ordered My 2020 Ram 3500 HO Laramie Longhorn

It's the date the truck is invoiced.
 
I'm not sure but I believe the sales dept might be closed until who knows when. I think they may be working from home and didn't want to bother him to much. I will probably check with him around the first of next week again if I haven't heard anything by then.
Don't worry, you got the most important part of the screen. There's just a little more information about the whole shipping process up above that part. It's interesting not necessary.
 
I sent an email to my local dealer yesterday morning inquiring on my vehicle. He informed me he had no new information delivery and would get back with me the first thing this morning.. Well I have yet to hear back from him and is is now 2:50 pm.

I also got this in my Email earlier today (see below). I called the number listed and got some young gentleman at Ram Cares. He has no knowledge of this letter or why I was told to contact them... Nor could he give me an update as he was having trouble finding my order in their system.. The last thing I was told several days ago was that my vehicle was on the ground at the rail head just north of me and waiting to be delivered to the dealer

I just got off the phone with my dealer and was told the SM was not available and she would leave him a message to call me back..

I am now having flashbacks wondering if my replacement truck has been damaged somewhere. What else can happen ? ? ? :(

Have any of you got the same letter about your vehicle/order?

Oh dude, you can't go through that again, nobody deserves it once let alone twice. You all would have to commit me. Haven't gotten that letter, YET ANYWAY . Hopefully there just implying there running just a little behind because of all the extra precautionary measures there taking to keep the ball rolling.

It can easily take a week or two to get from railhead to dealer under normal circumstances. It's entirely up to the Union rail workers when they offload.

I think I've said this before, but ask your SM to put some pressure on the RAM rep to expedite your delivery.

I think I am going to have a stroke over this deal, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and The unnamed guy @RamCares is the one that kinda struck the match on me getting upset, he has yet to call me back like he said he would. and had no Idea what the above letter was about. I hate to say it but I am becoming an @$$ W***e over all this $**t. o_O Everyone, excuse me I am normally not like this. I wish now I had never even wanted to upgrade my old Ram.

The General Manager at my dealership just called me back a few minutes ago after I burned the ear of his receptionist, I told her I was on the way to another dealer to check out their inventory. He told me my truck was Off Loaded from the rail 4-6-2020 at 01:36 am. He stated he was going to send an email to the carrier to attempt expediting the truck as they just got a load yesterday and have several more loads at the rail awaiting delivery.

P.S. They have yet to order the dealer add-ons through the parts dept. I told him they had to be installed before I would sign for the vehicle

I still have my forcefulness from my 20 years on the Police Department and then almost 25 years as a Truck Driver, my language is worse than a sailor with a rough face now. Wish me luck everyone. Maybe I wont get won't have me arrested when I get through talking to my dealer when my vehicle arrives.

Even will all you've been through, you'll probably get your truck before me. I ordered my 2500 back in November expecting a January delivery. That was delayed due to the transmission recall. The truck finally shipped to my local dealer in early March, only to be stuck there when they were forced to close and lay off their sales team. They're probably not going to reopen before May. Crazy.

WOW, I thought you already got your truck for some reason, I wish you luck!

My dealer informed me he had to let all his sales staff go except for 2 people due to lack of business and several service writers and technicians as well . Times are getting bad !
 
Litz dog & fast hemi. I think i can say for everyone that you all are going through all of our worst fears with this ordeal. Hoping for the best turnout possible for you both as you 2 deserve it more than anybody. By all means if you want to have a melt down, you have that right. I had mine last weak on this forum were I fell off the deap end. I can only imagine how you feel , with the little problems I've only had so far, i can't relate. I don't know how your both dealing with it right now. You all out there remember this, if I end up like either one of these to good guys, you will be calling the koo koo hot line on me. Stay strong fellas

Well that's just hunky doory. I have to admit something. RAM care asked me to take s survey the other day an well you all no how i had my meltdown over a weak ago. Well I let my voice be heard on my review of ram care, an it wasn't pretty. So if I have too make a prediction, someone at ram care probably beat my truck with a sledge hammer for revenge. So I can imagine the letter ill get

However he did mention my vehicle should be on his lot in 10 days or less so he said.... We will See.. :D :D :D I don't believe any of them anymore unless I have it in writing and even then I wonder !

My dealer told me mine SHOULD be in as early as tomorrow an as late as two wks from now, so well sea. I know how I got myself into this. The all American dream of owning a dodge ram with Cummins power an aisin gear that I can retire in an tow my house when my wife an dog leave me

Fat hemi reference # was 456, what was yours, just curious to see how far they have made it, also what's the first letter of your last name. If you don't feal comfortable answering, thats ok, i understand

I've actually decided, I'm going to start calling ram care everyday. They said after it left saltillo they wouldn't have any new info until it got to dealer. So I figure if it gets to the dealer an it's damaged, the dealership won't tel me its there until they fix it, so I'll call ram care everyday to keep dealer on there toes.
