RDS 74736 Aux Tank

I’ve seen where many have talked about different tanks but no one has mentioned the RDS 74736. It is a 50 gallon tank, it sits below the bed rails and you can still use the puck system on the 6’4” bed with a Curt/Mopar fifth wheel mount.

I have this tank installed on my truck.

depends on the 5th wheel. The Demco sliding hitch base plate won’t work in this setup. Not enough clearance.

This is what I did for my 33 Gal. tank on my 18 SB. I had the Pullrite 2700 Slider. Used 6x6 to raise it for clearance for the rails.

I have a 50 gallon Lund vertical tank that sits below the rails and works with my Demco. It is 60” x 12”, works great in the 6’ 4” bed.

My Hitch used the Std. Rail System. The Frame rails extended forward into where the Tank was located.

I was using a Curt A16, non slider. I have since switched to a Anderson hitch as it is way lighter but really because it is much easier to connect on uneven ground as I basically only boondock.

Gravity fed by Teeing into the filler neck. RDS kit 11408.

Is this Diesel or Gas? Have you filled that tank yet...Iam wondering if it will run out the filler neck
