Rattle Noise In Cab

Took a video of my rattle this morning, turns out they paved half the section of road i can usually hear it really well on, but you can still hear it pretty good. It sounds very different in person, but maybe you guys who have had the body mounts changed can comment if it sounds the same.

 
I to have the rattle and its driving me nuts. Im gonna send Ram cares a message to get ball rolling. Ram should be issuing a TSB for this.

I have a similar rattle, traced it to the passenger seat belt, i have a 2019 3500 dully, when i hit a bump the fastener for the belt just bounces off the plastic. I sometimes just close the belt on the passenger side
 
I had a rattle in the plastic surround bubble that goes against glass and goes around rear view, fixed that with a tooth pick. I just wish i knew what up in the head liner behind my head, it's like the head liner is wiggling in the clip that holds it up, when I push it up, it will quit, kinda hard to drive that way

Yes! If you can share the TSB # that would be awesome. I'll be due for first oil change soon and want them to fix the cab rattle in the same visit.

I’m scheduled to drop it off on the 23rd. I’ll find out and report back. He did tell me the bulletin said there is no known fix and engineers are looking in to it.

I have that same exact noise in my new 2020 power wagon did you ever find it

I have not, last time i had it to the dealer they blamed it on my running boards being "loose" and claimed they tightened them and it fixed it... The truck did seem better for about a day, but it came back just as bad the next day. I absolutely HATE dealing with the dealership service departments, and mine is filled with a bunch of girls that all share the same attitude as the Beavis & Butthead cartoon character Daria... so i haven't been back yet. However with the cooler weather some other engine bay noises have come back, so i'll likely be taking it back to the dealership again for all 3 noises after my short vacation this week.

that really sucks I’m trying to delay it just for that reason,
 
I do agree that my noise does sound like the back doors a not shut all the way, then I got in the back seat and opened the sliding window and it’s really loud ,definitely coming from the outside directly under the window
 
Just picked up the truck from the dealer. Currently there is no TSB...yet. He stated there is a star case....not sure what that is, but The invoice states. verified noise found in star case S2023000038.
Which states Engineering is looking in to the issue and a repair is expected to be released 4th quarter.

Im in the same boat for a while. Every time i call FCA no one responded my messages.
 
Had a 2019 that had the rattle. They replaced the body mounts. Still rattled. Just received a 2020(long story) and it has the rattle. Had the rattle when we test drove it. 700 miles and still rattling. Had a guy put a gooseneck and some upgraded shocks on it and he took it for a ride and couldn't believe it sounded that way.

I'm shocked you would buy one that rattled when you test drove it. I guess it doesn't bother you?
