Random puff of smoke

I have a ‘23 with the 6.4 and currently at 8,900 miles. For about the last 1,000 miles I will get a decent puff of smoke from the tailpipe when I start the truck. Sometimes the smoke is barely noticeable and sometimes it’s quite a bit… like starting an old lawn mower. The smoke is white in color and is odorless. Not sure if it’s just condensation or possibly coolant. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem or might be able to give me an idea of why it’s happening. Thanks

I was thinking it was possibly the cooler temps, but it’s been in the low 80’s to upper 70’s. Not really cold enough to see condensation.

60’s at night, but I only notice it during the day when it’s warmer.

I noticed my truck doing that and I started checking my oil level for consumption. Found zero consumption so I quit worrying about it.

My truck (6.4L) did this for the first time yesterday.. I started it, moved it like 20' or so to wash it, then when I started it again I had a decent puff of white smoke that hung in the air.

My Ram 1500 (prior truck) did the same thing when the dealership put in double the oil capacity, but this truck hasn't had the oil changed since February or so.

Guess I'll keep an eye on it.. doesn't seem normal to me. Anyone tied this to any other failures?

This is exactly the same thing thats been happening to me. My next trip to the dealership for service, I am going to have them look into this. It’s definitely a white smoke. It doesn’t happen all the time, just randomly. I also have a fairly noticeable coolant smell coming from the engine bay, but can’t find a leak.
