I have had 50/50 results. On my last truck, one of the recalls involved a reflash, and a side effect was it fouled up my Aux Switches. The dealer was not persuing it effectively with tech support, so I contacted Ram Cares, and they had customer care contact me, and start a case. This lit a fire under the dealer, and they worked with Ram to get it resolved. Whether the flash was corrupted, or it was a dealer error I do not know.
On my current truck, I had it in for a handful of issues. Again, the dealer was dragging their feet, so I started the process again. This time the dealer misrepresented what took place, and what was said, despite the fact that their own repair order contradicted their story, and Ram Cares and customer service were not too interested in my story, and closed the case.
