So now that my truck has been at a dealer for over 40 days with no return date in sight. I just submitted all the paperwork with the state. I've ben trying to get in contact with anyone I can at ram to discuss this but I keep getting shoved into a call center in India. Great customer service for a truck that was 109k. Anyone happen to have contact info for someone in the US?
 
This is the number I used when I had my ‘22 lemon lawed, make sure to tell them you want to speak to the buy back folks. Do you have a case manager w/ram cares?

Every time Ive called i get the same run around. "Someone from that department will return your call within 24-48 hours"
 
lemon law ≠ buyback.

If you invoke LL, Ram will not talk to you except through an attorney.
 
What's really sad is my dealer has been great but RAM has been the most worthless outfit I've ever seen with no parts or dealer support whatsoever. I'd hate to be a Stellantis dealer.

Won't take our '22 on road trips unless there's another vehicle with a 5th wheel hitch going with us, it's that bad. No point whatsoever contacting ramdoesn'tcare either.

DPF number 3 in 25k coming up.

I can confirm. I called to inquire about an add on part(trailer camera system) that my dealer was clueless about and has not motivation to educate themselves on. I explained that the dealer was clueless to the woman who barely spoke English from a script and she connected me to “her parts department “.

It was the parts department at my dealer.

*facepalm*
