I can be added to the Ram Care non service. My 2022 Ram Dually 3500 tranny failed 16 days ago stranding me and my 5th wheel. Ram Care is a joke, you just get caught up in an endless loop of buck passing, no return calls and a failure to offer any warranty assistance. You also have to get it towed to a dealer that is familiar or they won’t touch it and the standard response is sorry no parts. I had mine towed twice, the second time was to my home dealer that had the parts and it cost me 1000.00 for the out of state tow with no help from Ram. So between 2 tows and hiring a service to tow my 5th wheel home, I’m out 1800.00.

It gets worse… The dealer I had the truck towed to for the first time was Stinnett Chrysler Ram in Newport, TN. They diagnosed the snap ring failure and gave me an Enterprise rental truck. Two days later they called and said parts are unavailable. So I contacted my local dealer who had the parts and I paid to have the truck towed. Ten days later, Stinnett withdrew their Enterprise PO and I got stuck with a 497.00 rental bill. The reason Stinnett withdrew the P.O. is because they didn’t get the warranty work. What a BS excuse, they didn’t get the warranty work because they couldn’t get parts and my downtime was unknown. Ram Care won’t even communicate with me and the case manager’s mailbox is full. I’ve never been able to talk to him, Charles, and my case is 14 days old.

I concur with Ram customer support, under warranty. I have had my roundabout to get warranty work completed on my warped 2023 Power Wagon RAMBox lids.
I had to change the Ram Care representative handling my case and then things improved immediately.
2 Ram dealers and months later...Long story short, I have the issue "fixed."
Happy with the truck and happy to have the matter resolved.

The way that Ram handles their product and warranty makes you wonder if its worth owning something new or with a warranty. I know all the manufactures are not great right now. We have dozens of Ford trucks at work and the dealers are way behind. We do get the 10 speed transmissions replaced in about 3 weeks. That's a much better turnaround time than Ram.
