RAM build software glitch. Problems Ordering new Big Horn 3500 DRW

Is anyone familiar with software glitches in RAM build website and if so how did you get resolved? I'm trying to order front/rear park assist (my build says it's an option), but dealer build page comes back, rear only. They tell me system is forcing upgrade to "sport appearance" or "night edition" to get front rear park assist. I don't want these options and this sure seems a tech issue. Any thoughts? thanks!

I had the same thing when I ordered my tradesman DRW in Janaury. I said I would take both but there was only an option for rear.

So like me, both an option on RAM website build but Dealer told you only rear?

That's what I recall. It's been 6 months.
