I have been having quite the time with trucks lately. I dont mean a good time.
I will get to the point.I have pretty much been a ford guy outside of one PW .
I am considering moving over to a Ram. Right now I am looking at years 16-18 or 23-25 trucks.
This truck would be used for work and play. It will get driven around 25-30k a year. Half of that is dirt. The truck will pull horses on a semi-regular basis.
The truck will most likely get a flatbed and have a front bumper with a winch to help for work and protect the truck. I have a flatbed slide in camper that I put on /off for weekend camp & hunting trips.
I think the ram 3500 is the right call ? Would you agree?
I have been an AEV fan boy for awhile. I was thinking of using there suspension and front bumper. This might be an unpopular opinion but I do not want 37's or 40's. I think they look cool but for me 35's are where I will cap it. Any opinion on if 35's would work with the AEV suspension or will it just look out of place? I know there is Carli and Thuren so those are options as well.
Thanks for the help
