Not all recalls have been performed, the 2019’s had to wait until early 23, I know because I was one of them. After the recall was issued, I had to drive at 22K GCW from Las Vegas to Nashville and return empty, still no word on 2019’s recall approval, then back to Nashville at 15K GCW to Nashville. Then after FCA customer support, Ram Cares and begging at the dealer, I had to return to Vegas to tow my pontoon back to Nashville, WITHOUT the recall performed. It wasn’t until march 23 it got preformed. I’m willing to bet there are other 2019’s that have not been performed yet, waiting for availability.

I begged my dealer for months, and hearing of others (a few) getting theirs in late 2022, was told they still hadn’t released it, even the ability to order the pump. So lucky you, you were one of the early owners, I think I remember you posting it. I had several long trips with my truck due to moving to Kentucky, so it was important. Even the selling dealer texted me they had a spot for the pump replacement, and showing my dealer in Bowling Green KY this, they still said no. That’s when I contacted customer service, and repeated their claim, after which my dealer asked why I complained to CS. BTW CS verified it wasn’t released yet for the 2019’s, so I had to wait. I never complained to CS, I just asked about the release and what the Vegas dealer texted and what my current dealer said. But CS must have lit a fire under them, so when it finally was released, mine was first one.
