Rain sensitive wipers issue

HERE we go......

Codes- none
System was re-flashed, while In the service bay the wipers didn't cycle on their own.

The STAR groups recommendation: Look at the owners manual, where RAM does not recommend leaving the wipers on all the time.
Which partially defeats the purpose of rain sensing wipers in the first place....but oh well.

Reflashed with an update? Do you have any paper work for the revision number?
Thanks

All 3 of my Ram's, 2013, 2017 and current 2020, have had wonky results with the rain sensing wipers. I'll get a random wipe on a dry windshield from time to time, but that's about it. I'd say, for the most part, they work as advertised while raining.

I've had more issues with the auto high beams not turning off with oncoming traffic, and turning off when there's no lights in front of me. It definitely works better on my 2020 than it did on either of my previous trucks.

The specific symptom is:
with the rain sensing wiper “on” in settings and the stalk in an “intermittent” setting, upon starting truck getting a single wipe (no rain present) and subsequent, very random dry wipes with no rain present and when rain is present, more frequent random wipes, but definitely not timed to a steady and seemingly no increase in wiper frequency even with heavier rain.

All our Durangos and Rams until this one have worked flawlessly and as advertised.

That's exactly it. It doesn't wipe all the time. Just a random wipe here and there. Not enough of an issue for me to care about.
