Radio problems

Hi everyone

I can see that some guys are having the same problem I am having. When I start my truck some times the radio doesn't work. Have to turn it off and wait a little while, then turn it back on and the radio will work. Sometimes some of the Sirius channels won't work. Says no internet connection but I am in the middle of the city. This is a brand new 3500 limited HD. Any ideas of what I can do?

Pull the battery cables for 30 mins to reset it see if that helps

I have the same issue with some of the higher numbered Sirius/XM stations as well. It gets worse when it gets cloudy or I'm around tall buildings. I've found that if I change to a lower numbered station in those situations they don't have any reception issues.

So I pulled the battery cables. And now I don't even have Sirius or have my apps. I don't even have a back up camera now. Is there something I'm supposed to do now?

Sounds like a trip to the dealer is needed the unit may need an update or reset
