Has anyone swapped a Power wagon front suspension onto a non Power wagon Ram? Just curious to see if there are any benefits. My co worker just put a lift on his ‘23 PW and offered me his old coils, shocks etc. His factory PW definitely felt like it rode softer and sat a little higher.

I don't think it would hurt anything as long as you have a gasser. I think the Cummins is too heavy for the softer PW springs.

There are a few hemis running around with PW springs/shocks and it all bolts up no issue. You won't quite have the PW ride as they also have the two piece articulink radius arms, but if they're free and you have a hemi - Cheap leveling springs that will be softer than stock.

IMO they're not the best option, but a better choice than spacers - Especially if free. I wouldn't run them on a CTD as the PW springs will be far too light for the heavier diesel. I would also use PW spring isolators for additional spring support if you do swap the springs/shocks out. Lastly you'll probably want to get an adjustable trackbar as the stock PW trackbar is just a touch longer than the standard 4x4 front trackbar and needed to recenter the axle. Carli and Thuren have the highest quality ones IMO, but almost any aftermarket trackbar is going to have better bushings than stock.

Somebody on here tried the articulink front arms for more flex. I’m sure a search will pull it up.

Metalcloak makes an after market version of the articulink arm that has adjustments built in as well as lock outs for the upper link. They call it lock n load. It’s pretty slick.

Nice, thanks for the info. He said he has the coils, bilstein shocks, track bar, endlinks, steering stabilizer and some miscellaneous hardware. Any idea how much higher the PW sits than the non PW rams?

PW sits about 2 to 2.5 inches taller than other 2500s.
