I’m looking for all the profile pictures that I can have different toppers, looking to order one frameless glass, something that looks like it is 100% stock.

Can you all post pictures of your toppers on your truck and label what top or what model etc.

I just bought a 2020 3500 And I am looking for a topper that I can run around all year with go on road trips with etc. I really do not care about price I just want it to look perfect.

Yes, this is not a great pic, not much of a view. You can see through the window of the cap about 6ish inches of the bed. I was kinda bummed but wanted the bed coverage when traveling more

How much clearance is there between the camera/brake light and the cap? My dealer told me I had to replace my CHMSL with the non-camera version. I'd love to swap back if the factory one fits fine.

About an Inch, plenty of room. I opted for the fold in window in the cap so I could clean the windows easier C13CFCEF-91A8-4850-93C1-4DB676DA6F8D.jpeg930F4CBF-833C-44F2-A834-23F9ABC61F4C.jpeg

I would say you can’t go wrong with the Leer 100XL. I’m very pleased, enough it’s my 2nd Leer 100XL. I had one on my previous truck a 2010 GMC Sierra 1500. They offer many options. I opted for the fold in sliding window and carpeted headliner but there are many to choose from. https://www.leer.com

I do like the 200XQ. It wasn’t available when I purchased mine. I’m pretty sure it will cost quite a bit more than the 100XL but haven’t priced them. I went with the 100 based mostly on previous experience. I feel the 100XL looks great for the money. Just my opinion though.

Can you guys who responded to this thread please list what you paid for your caps?

Too damned much if you ask me, but what can you do?

All the fasteners and fittings were loose so all the windows and back door leaked like a sieve....
I molded and added some kydex to extend out the ends of the plastic lip that covers the top of the tailgate
Put some RTV in between that same lip and the door to stop water from rolling back into the bed
Still need some gasket around the tailgate proper

ARE MX base is about $2K mine is about $3K but I added the following:
Tilt down, sliding front window
Windoor (both sides)
Headliner
Yakima rack with CoreBar

Softopper, fits great. Acts like a boat Bimini top with tubes on the inside. You can roll the sides and back up. Or leave them down. Fold the top and it Stowe’s under the rear window or pull two pins and remove the whole set up and stow it in the Bimini bag.
very light one person can remove and install,
Under $900.00 shipped to the door.

I had a Softopper on my 2015 1500 5'7" bed. I miss it, it was very handy to keep it on the truck all the time folded down. I'll be getting one to fit my 2500 soon. They're really nice.

How does this fit where the camera is at for the bed?

The bed camera will be basically unusable... you can scroll up the thread to see what it looks like.
You will need at least 3/4" of space between the the CHMSL and the topper or body flex will crack the CHSML housing.. someone else posted about that problem.
