Sabrina and Jim are great to work with.
Seems like a great deal. How far under invoice is this?
DD only quoted me invoice on a Bighorn. Were you able to lock the price in, in case MSRP increases before delivery.

Finalizing my order for a 2022 BH 3500 DRW w/ MD this morning. Big thanks to this site for helping me with my research to find one of the better possible deals out there.

Ashlie got back to me this morning with my order details. Glad I waited as she said they have been crazy busy trying to keep up since the new year. Chapman price actually came in $200 less than EP pricing (before their $394 doc fee) which is hard to pass up. I am only a few hours from them so its a no brainer for me. Should be an easy build (Tradesman w/6.4) without any fancy options. Ordered today and hopefully I get a truck by June. My 1998 Ram 2500 died in July last year so it will be a full year without a truck at this point.

A quick note for others who have been using Ram Build and Price or Carbook Showroom. Prices have gone up on some features including Tradesman level 2 (up $300), Trailer brake controller (up $100), 115volt outlet (up $40). Prices on both Carbook and Ram Build and Price are both low.

I will now tune into the 2022 Ram Build and Order thread and wait.

Congrats on the order. Do you have Ashley's email address? Thanks.

That is the email I used. Ashlie is from the Horsham PA dealership. She got back to me in about 3 days (not counting the weekend) and had the truck ordered within a few hours of me confirming I wanted it. Super easy.

OK, thanks. Good to know. I read in an earlier post that the price is not guaranteed. Is this the case? I can understand to a degree that if the base or option prices are increased by Stellantis, then they would pass that along to the buyer. But the dealership shouldn't have the ability to change the pricing due to things like demand. To me, a sales contract prices/terms should be fixed regardless of whatever goes on later.

That is correct, Chapman are passing the price changes they get from Stellantis to you, not changing their agreement. This is what my order email says on the bottom of the page. Obviously its a form email template used for all their sales as it says both Ford and Stellantis on it.

*the POC/DORA may not be the final invoice price & only an estimate…Ford/Stellantis occasionally has price increases during the course of production…once the vehicle is produced, we will be invoiced from Ford/Stellantis…we will provide you a copy of the invoice & honor our pricing discount (ie % under invoice/$ off MSRP) in this email thread off based on what Ford/Stellantis invoices us at time the vehicle is produced.*

Hope that helps

Truck 1 2022 2500 4x4 limited Msrp $89,410 Sale price $79,138 plus doc fee, temp tag, notary $444
Truck 2 2022 3500 4x4 limited Msrp $89,410 Sale price $79,135 plus doc fee, temp tag, notary $444
Truck 3 2022 1500 4x4 laramie Msrp $65,380 Sales price $55,171 plus doc fee, temp tag, notary $444

feel I did well with these now ordered thru MD. My local dealers North TX wouldn't budge off sticker so here we go and picked up a third family member to order with as well.

Seems like a great deal. How far under invoice is this?

According to my local dealer this is about $4000 under invoice.
The price is locked in. I talked to them after they quoted me the price and Jim said that the price had gone up after they quoted me my price,

I bought off the lot. I did price a build at Earnhart, and they would not lock in the MSRP. I never went to Chapman because the last time I looked they had mandatory adds. I also had a trade this time and you never know what that value will be in 3-4 months.
Where did you end up buying at ? Just curious

I just did the same thing for the same reason. I got $10k more for my trade than I paid for it and still got the new one under MSRP. Word on the street is production is ramping up and used values are going way down. I was going to order from Koons for 6% under invoice, but they got really “dodgy” in terms of telling me when a new one might arrive and wouldn’t really give me any kind of timetable.

I'd give Ashley a little more time or send her another email. They're all probably quite busy. I believe I had to email her twice.
My new Ram 3500 has an msrp of $81,800. The pricing I have received with all fees and ALL in, ( besides my local taxes are), are cheapest first:

1. Craig with Koons Vienna, VA $72,572.
2. Sandi with Mark Dodge Lake Charles, LA $72,783.
3. Ashley with Chapman auto group Horsham, PA $72,823.
4. Amanda with Granger Motors Granger, IA $73,273.

1A. Renee with Gupton Motors Springfield, TN $72,350 My new lowest price and it's price protected. Price includes $100 fee to join Tread Lightly for 1 year. Also must finance at least 25K of the truck for 7 months then you can pay of

I’ve tried emailing and calling Renee, but have not been able to get a response.

I called Dennis Dillon and neither James (Jim) nor Sabrina were there, so I chatted with another salesman. DD is currently only selling at MSRP, minus incentives like $2K for Chrysler financing. He balked at anything under MSRP at this point.

Anyone know or any dealers in the New England area doing any of these deals ?
I reached out to Koons. They gave me a good deal 6% under invoice which was about 10k under MSRP. But he said since I was in Ma. My state doesn’t allow it for some reason. He said if I can get another address in another state, he can. I could probably get one than just transfer it here after couple months. But wanted to see if anyone closer is doing these deals. Thank you in advance
