Price negotiated from MSRP

Hope you guys don't get caught up in the used car values tank that's happening. I know Rich had a deal up front that should stick but others might not fare so well.

There's expected to be an enormous glut of used vehicles available that will depress prices significantly. They're already talking about write downs for leases, etc.

I'm not trading in, I'm selling my vehicle private party. Dealership would never be able to give me what my car books for on the top end.

Brutal is right. I'm super glad that not only is my new truck price is locked down but just as important right now is the locked in trade value. I can just about guarantee right now if reevaluated that trade price would definitely be less

Yep, precisely why I am keeping the 4th gen. Foregoing the new one, concentrating on my fun stuff. Decided that, for 80-90k Truck and 100k 5er, I can get a pretty good deal on a diesel pusher.

That's where I'm at with my 04.5. It's worth (was) nearly twice what a dealer would give on trade for a 16 year old truck. Even with the low miles (72K) it's too old for them to bother with.

Well, local dealer sent me this today: We have 0% for 84 months on 2500 and 3500 starting tomorrow? And the market was up 700plus today.

Do you have any link's or facts or info for us to check out an read so we can get that deal. An your 100% sure he said the 0% was on the 2500 & 3500 current models for 84 months. I know the 1500s got that but all I read is there zero percent on the hds was only for 36 months. If you got any detail, please share. The 2 Chrysler capital finance plans right now run out on April 30, so that's weird to start another one right now. Please share

That was a direct copy and paste from the email received (Friday)in response to my email weeks ago stating that I was holding off due to the financial crisis gripping the country. Deery in Waukee, not for sure if for leftover 19 and 2020, or just 19’s. Since I have made the conscious decision to not buy this year, I am not interested in them blowing up my phone anymore. The original email, I sent, was March 10th.

I just called that place an spoke with zack an he said that deal came out late last night for the 2500 an 3500s but the big hook In the jaw is, it's only on the 19s folks, 20s do not qualify. He did sound a little confused, so I'm going to call ram care an see if they can clarify an confirm

I just spoke with ram care an they confirmed that the 9% for 84 is just on the 2019s 15,25,35 and 2020 15s. So we just got the big wawawa when you lose out on a jeopardy question, wich I don't watch btw, not book smart enough

And it depends on the model of the 19. Not all models (bighorn, laramie) qualify for the 0%.

:( They had 1 19, that I would have considered but didn’t have auto level, so no go.
HA HA, I appreciate that. It was driving me crazy. Just had that gut feeling
:p Short drive! LOL! I was surprised that they emailed me over a month later. In my business, I have to wait a few more months for the complete fall out to be known, before I will let loose with that kind of cash. Right now, am concentrating on the many projects around my place that need finished. My 17 has 14000 miles on it, so no hurry as it does what I need at the moment. Depending on the wife, may be that I keep it and get into the diesel pusher instead. I still drool over your new truck s. I am still frugal, in the sense, I compare truck prices to the many houses I have bought......I hope to change that line of thinking someday, before it’s too late and I am taking a dirt nap!

I'm allot like you. I never make an impulse buy, its always planned. An when i make a purchase, its normally keep it until it turns into rust, unless i just NEED something different, wich right now I do

Crazy deals on the 2019 HD right now. No charge diesel ( 9500 ) and I got another 8500 off on top of that. COVID is wrecking the market. Damn interest rates haven't come down from 3.99% which is surprising to me. I'm in Ontario Canada.
