Previously paired phones missing

Every few days my 2020 3500 will forget all paired phones.

There doesn't seem to be any reason for it, I will just get in the truck and the pair phone screen will come up. And all the previous paired phones (2) will be gone

I have had this happen to be a couple times randomly over the past couple weeks, ever figure out a solution? Works fine when I re-pair, just annoying to have to go thru the process
