Does this site have a premium membership? I have looked, but it seems it does not. If so, why not? I would pay a fee to upgrade the site, search, etc.

Not currently. 5thgenrams has a $25 annual Site Supporter subscription.

Upgrading to a site supporter membership gives you these great features: No advertisements on the forums, Unique user banner, Create custom user title, 1 day post edit time, Add attachments to conversations, 1 hour to edit conversation messages, Add up to 10 conversation recipients, Allows signature formatting and image Proceeds from memberships go towards supporting the sites running costs and are greatly appreciated. Memberships are on non recurring payments and for the period of 1 year from start date.

Given the membership growth here, it's possibly time to offer the same depending on where that ad revenue vs membership revenue break even point is. @Admin @redriderbob

I can't speak for the owners, but suspect perhaps the Site Supporter membership @ 5thgenrams.com helps support this and the other 2 sister sites as well. Maybe thanks to the 5thgenrams supporters is in order. ;)

FYI, Use the Advanced Search option for better results.

P.S. mods can edit anyone's user title on request. Sometimes they are gifted and pithy. :D
 
I agree with the above. Run a poll. Run the numbers. See what the results are. Information here has been helpful. I would like to see this forum upgrade to rival the better ones out here. Offer site merchandise. Number 2 in truck sales is no mean feat in these modern times.
 
I may be wrong, but I think Tapatalk membership results in “advertisement free”…..
