Any suggestion on mud flaps for a 2024 Power Wagon?
 
OEM rubber so at least they won’t shred the truck if they get into a tire somehow. They did take the spatz off mine quickly, I should have seen that coming and done it myself during install.
They are soft enough to not detach or trash anything else if decent fasteners are used and not the plastic rivets, at least. Mine have folded up many times, the noise will alert.

I had Rokblokz on my old 1500, a short pair on my BMW to help with brake dust, and this thread reminded me I need some for my PW. Will post pics when I get them installed.
 
I have the Rekgen. Good quality and one of the holes didn't line up perfectly, but other than that, good to go.
I did add an extra screw on the rears since there's no intended mounting there and they do flap without it.

Another vote for the OEM flaps. Mine work great
 
These are the Rokblokz normal length, not the XL. Install is very easy, need to drill one hole for each front wheel, and there's a pre-marked cutout on the front flaps you have to cut out. The rears say you have to drill but you don't, the hardware fits through where the popit is, and you just put an included backer plate on it.


 
A few days ago I was on a class 6 rated trail that had seen a microburst a few days before and was glad that I had no mud flaps or side steps, I think that they would have been damaged. I did scrape the front differential (slightly) and didn't have any alternative path because there were several 1 1/2 foot to 2 foot ledges and rises that needed an outside spotter - that I did not have available. It was one of those trails that once you are committed - you don't have a choice but to go on through. I don't have rock guards yet because they all seem to take about an inch clearance away. BTW, the truck performed very well under the heavy use and I can say it was more than I will encounter again if I have anything to say about which trail I use. I am not into the "let's see if I can wreak my truck" approach to 4X4, but I am amazed as to what trials you can take.
 
I used the dealer supplied mud flaps with the dealership name on them. I drilled out the rivets and flipped the stainless around and added the Power Wagon decal. I liked the AEV mud flaps but I think they are priced per each so it would have been over $400 for them.IMG_4002.JPG

I have them. They are very thick and heavy duty. I didn’t completely install the way the instructions wanted. I just didn’t want to drill into flares. So far so good.
 
I modified the Weathertech flaps that are made for OEM flares. They turned out pretty awesome:
