Power convex mirror option

Does anyone know how to get the power convex mirror option? Is it in a package or a trim lvl? Thx.
 
Should be any tow mirror option. Either stand alone or in a package.

All tow mirrors should have it now.

Tow technology package, trailer tow mirror option, etc.
 
I ordered my truck with the safety group. Hope it has the option.
 
Interesting...but the saftey group now includes tow mirrors? or are you saying the standard mirrors have a convex now and it is powered?
 
Another interesting thing is, I do not notice a standard mirror on Bighorn.

Did they make the tow mirrors standard?

That would shed some light.

But I am not doing well using build and price lately
 
Safety group does have power fold tow mirrors. Not sure about the power convex mirrors.
 
Ok. Everything I read does not include the mirrors in the saftey group, but I also do not see an option for them and the build picture shows the tow mirrors.

I do believe on all trims, but definitely on upper trims, the convex is power adjust...one of my favorite upgrades
 
I loved my non tow mirrors with the convex in the mirror glass on my 2019 1500, it reminded me of my 2004 3500 5.9 I had for 8 years. I wish they had this mirror option for the 19-20 HD units. I've been thinking if there is a way to modify them using the outer mirror arm, maybe after I'm done with this aux stuff.

I like the power convex mirror, but I would have taken heated convex mirrors over power adjustable any day. Maybe 2021?

It does. I have power folding tow mirrors on my window sticker, under the safety group. I was just curious who gets the power convex option. Guess I’ll have to wait and see
 
Power Convex probably saves 5 minutes every time we hookup the trailer vs the clip on mirrors I had to use on the FJ. "up... no now down, too far, up a little, ok out a little, no, it went down now up a little...."

Would be nice to have tow/haul memory setting. Hit tow/haul mode then hit M1 or have it sense when the mirrors are flipped and store the two settings. Without using M2, if anyone has figured out how to do this, please post it.
 
I can not say 100%...but I believe every tow mirror regardless of trim has power convex...the only one that may not is tradesman...but is would guess they do. The only 2 options would be with or without the surround view camera, and possibly the spotter light(but that may be standard also)

I wish they would release the new feature guide. I was disappointed with the 2019 FG...it didn't say alot.
 
nope. unless I dont know that it does. the door switch only controls the big mirror. I think the heated option came with the truck due to having the rear window defroster as an option.
 
All HeavyDuty tow mirrors are heated.

My 2015 tradesman doesn't have the rear defroster, but the same button heats the mirrors.

Does anyone have a pic of how the convex mirror is operated (were the mirror controls are)
