Anyone have a current list of torque specs for the front ends on these things? I'd likely go at all the bolts myself and check.
Thinking everything else tho too like strut bolts, sway bar links, control arms etc.Cab mounts 80 ft-lbs

Which mount point is that one? Is it doing that on any other ones?I don’t think it’s your leveling kit.
Took this picture yesterday that shows some rub marks from the body mounts![]()

TSB 23-013-19 applies to 2019 3500s, the a-pillar mount. When you say front passenger are you talking the front one by the bumper or the a-pillar mount at the very front of the cab? The other TSB in the string posted by Ram cares is for 2500 only. I’m seriously considering putting together some sort of spacer, like a big plastic washer to eat up some space and allow me to tighten down that mount more and get rid of that play.
I have a 2020 2500 with the Bilstein shocks and from day 1 it had popping in the front end when hitting bumps. I had a 2" level front kit installed with stock shocks and certain bumps amplified. took off 1 front shock at the bottom bolt and there is 1" left of travel in the shock so I'm going to take an educated guess that its the shocks bottoming out. I have new fox shocks on order and they are longer hope this fixes it. I'm guessing when you put your trailer on it's doing the same to your front end.Does anybody else have this going on? It only happens when I pull my 20,000 lb fifth wheel. Sounds like shocks to me.
Front shocks too short and are bottoming out at full extension.I'll take another crack at it with my dealer then I'll be escalating. A guy I work with has had his 2019 at another dealer numerous times with no fix. They're just throwing parts at it now with no idea what is causing the noise.
Hi,Hello everyone, we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this concerning noise with your trucks! We would certainly appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further alongside a dealer appointment. Please do not hesitate to send us a private message for additional support while addressing this with your dealer. We are more than willing to get a case escalated on your behalf to a customer care specialist for additional assistance in having this resolved.
I have also attached TSB 23-032-20 that may be applicable to some of your vehicles. To ensure this TSB applies, a qualified technician must review the details of the TSB and specifics of your vehicle prior to service. Please feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions!
