Does your truck have ambient lighting under the rear seat?

I could have sworn mine did when I picked my truck up. Now, only the front floorboards and doors have ambient lighting. The dealer wouldn't fix it because they said they can't replicate the issue. They said I need to get more info.

Mine does.

Check that this plug on the passenger side is properly seated.

Thanks! The lights work when I push the dimmer on full brightness. When I roll it back down to ambient I don't get any light

They don’t come on in my truck for ambient either, just when the doors are open or I turn on the overhead lights.

Since they’re on the seat bottoms and would face into the center of the cab when the seats are up I don’t think you’d want them on with ambient.

I have a mega cab so they are always pointed down

The rear seat lights are not ambient lights, and they are not driven by the ambient lighting circuit. They are courtesy lights, so that means they only come on when the doors are open, or they are purposely turned on with the wheel dimmer detent.

What year and model do you have?
