Please forgive me if this question has been asked many times come by I'm extremely new here recently purchased a 24 Ram 2500 tradesman. Came from a 2004 2500 59 with a six-speed and no electronics! My truck keeps telling me there's a trailer hooked up to it even though there is clearly not a trailer hooked up to it and none of the trailer monitoring gauges work such as temperature oil pressure Etc and every time I push the brakes it shows that the trailer brakes are being activated even though there is no trailer attached. I've already done a full reset on the computer which fixed it for about 2 days I've cleaned the terminals in the plugs to make sure there's nothing grounding them out. Is my next solution to take it to the dealership?

If my evic is on the trailer brake gain screen it will show brake power being applied with no trailer attached. No physical message though. Are you getting a physical message saying “trailer attached, go to settings” or similar?

This is what it shows on my Dash and on the radio display. None of the gauges work on the towing and trailers display on the dash either!

The left pic of the dash gauges looks fine, if your truck is idling. Right pic of the radio can’t help with. Mine doesn’t have that.

It's a 2024, has anyone added any auxiliary lighting on the rear?
