P206B code!

Talk me off the ledge... 8K miles on a 2022, 2500 and this is the second time I had this code (P026B Injection timing). It happened the first time after I took it to the dealer and they did an "undisclosed" update, threw code right away, they said it was a brake system update... Happened again 1,500 miles later randomly while driving to work.

Loooong time Ford diesel guy and this is really pi$$ing me off..

Is this software or a real mechanical problem?
