P1D73 code

I have a 2020 2500 Ram with the Cummins 6.7 turbo, I had a code come up today and I need to know if it is really something to be worried about? Power train system Code is P1D73 Secondary DTC. any help would be appreciated! We are 2500 miles away from home on vaca!

P1D73 DODGE Possible Causes​

• Active Grill Shutter (AGS) Obstructed / Binding
• Faulty Active Grill Shutter (AGS) Actuator
• Active Grill Shutter (AGS) Actuator harness is open or shorted
• Active Grill Shutter (AGS) Actuator circuit poor electrical connection
