So looking to order a new 2500 Laramie and would like to get the Power deployable running boards. I have the amp research on the Ford I have now and really like them. If I try to add them on the Ram website, I have to also order the Laramie Level 2 Equip Group, which is extra I don't want. Does anyone know if I can just add them later as a Mopar part avoiding the Level 2 group? I don't see them on the Mopar accessories website, but thought I would ask here if anyone else as run into this.

Thanks,
Scott

I don't know if the Mopar brand can be ordered or not, but if not, just put a set of Amp Steps on it.

Honestly I would just order AMP steps after you take delivery.
I had amps back on a 2006 Duramax that I liked better than the factory ram steps.
Main reasons being that they are slow to deploy. 90% of the time I find myself stepping on them before they're all the way down which was never an issue on my amps. 2nd they don't tuck up as high as the amps and collect a bunch of debris being slung up from front tires.
Lastly they have an EMI issue with my 12" unconnected when the steps close after closing the door you see a flicker in the reverse camera screen if your in gear.
This last issue may not be filtered by aftermarket steps either but I haven't reviewed the schematic of the factory steps.

I installed the AMP bed step on my 2019 Laramie 3500. I used the 2018 version of the AMP bed step, but I recommend waiting for AMP to release the 2019 bed step because the 2018 bed step rests at an odd angle when installed on a 2019. There is another thread on the forums with pictures of you search for it.
