Ordered 1st 2500.

Hi!
My name is Debbie and I am looking forward to my new truck. On Dec. 28, 2021 I ordered a 2500 Limited Night Edition Diesel in Crystal Granite Metallic from Mark Dodge in La.. According to RamCare yesterday, all the parts for my build have been gathered but no build date assigned yet. My current truck is a 2017 Titan HD diesel SL which I just love, only buying the 2500 for towing capacity over the Titan's 12,000.

How did you find your order? I ordered one a few weeks ago and no one has told me where to look to check status of truck

In my case my dealer had the VIN within two days. I then went to chat on ramtrucks.com, provided the Vin and they gave me status but don’t expect too much. It’s like we’re gathering the parts or on the schedule for assembly etc…But you will know if the process has started. My research says this is the only way of getting status. If there are other ways to track shipment etc… I would be glad to hear about it
