Off road tire pressures

What pressures are you running, and on what truck in which situations? This weekend was my first time airing down in the new truck, driving in pretty deep sand. Deep enough that my FIL got stuck hard at highway pressures in an AWD rig.

2022 CTD SRW 3500 ~8900 lbs as equipped. 35x12.50 R18 Toyo AT3 F sidewalls on 18x9 Method 701HD Bead Grip
Front axle - 5400 lb ran 25 psi
Rear axle - 3580 lb ran 18 psi

These tires must be STIFF, because there isn't as much squatting of the tires as I'd have expected. May try 20 psi in the front today, not sure how low I can go with a rig this heavy. Supposedly dudes are running single digits with these wheels on light weight rigs

All depends on where you are and what you are driving.
Got stuck in the dunes with my crew cab F250 pulling a 24 ft toy hauler with 2 quads. Dropped to 25 PSI and put it in 4 low and had no issues.

Precisely, I'm just trying to build a database of known pressures and situations. The aforementioned pressures seem to be unstoppable so far at Lake McConaughey sand at super low water in 95 degree temps.

I've run my K5 blazer at street pressures and didnt have any issues. Had to lower the F250 in the instance above.
Had the F250 with no load and only had to put it in 4WD.
We run our race truck at 27 cold on 40" Tires but they hit 40 plus when we change them out.
There is no set pressure. Every truck/tire combo on different terrain will be different.
I've even ran my F250 in 2WD at street pressure when others were in 4WD and having issues

Depends on what off road conditions and your speed... low speeds low pressures, high speeds high pressure. I usually on a 35" run 28 psi to 32 all around baja stuff, sand 25 or below depending on what I'm doing. Bead locks?... 20 PSI or so. Just depends

For elk hunting I drop to 40 up front and 25 out back. Stock size, 275/70R18. Any lower than that and there is a too much squish. Truck is usually around 5400/3700 while hunting, but the rear will jump up to 4500 occasionally.

Works great for improved ride on nasty dirt roads and improved traction when the snow falls.

With 35-12.50R17 Tires in load range E I ran 28 front and 22 rear and felt like that was as low as I wanted to go with how far they had ballooned out.
