Its only dark humour nothing more.

Its a fact of life that there is parts of the world where they have nothing joking about it is still better than ignoring the fact it does exist in our world, unfortunately there is nothing we as society can do about it to help them because of they way those parts of the world operate any money sent just goes to greedy operations pretending to help or to the corrupt government in those countries

I get it, it’s a meme. Was not a personal attack, I agree the world is f***ked up. Little children shouldn’t have to suffer. They are truly innocent. Breaks my heart.
