Noise cab Mount or Suspension

We had some construction work done on our property and it created a small ledge in the loop around the barn.

When my 2020 Ram 2500 goes off this ledge started making a thunk noise when the left front tire drops off it at less than say 5 mph. The small ledge aka drop off is less than 5” and likely less than that.

I’m thinking it’s either the left front cab mount or the left front shock, but what do you think?

Here is a video of it.

I can feel it when it happens in my feet.

It only happens in this one location.

I decided to loosen the driver’s side front cab mount and retorque it.

When I loosen it water came pouring out.

Took the bolt all the way out and then retorqued it to 80 pound feet.

I’m wondering if I should take it back off completely (raise cab a bit) and use silicone on it to seal it so water doesn’t get back into it?

Will drive over that spot later today.

Well I drove across the same spot and the noise is gone.

Basically I think the water was hydro locking the cab mount and preventing it from moving. I think they are hydraulic cab mounts that compress to cushion the cab.

They likely either need sealant or a drainage hole in the lower washer.
